113bd Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 113bd ("113bd", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 113bd website, mobile site, and all associated gaming and betting services available at 113bd.app (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the 113bd Platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered players, and players who have made one or more deposits. • You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating the account for a third party's benefit.

113bd may request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 113bd may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

Each player may hold only one account on the 113bd Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or any other identifier — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. 113bd will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and contact 113bd support. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Choosing a strong, unique password not used on any other platform or service.
• Logging out of your 113bd account after each session when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying 113bd support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensuring all personal information on your account is current and accurate at all times.

113bd is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. All activity conducted through your account will be treated as activity carried out by you unless you have promptly notified 113bd of any unauthorised access.

All financial transactions on the 113bd Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 113bd accepts deposits through approved payment methods only. Deposits made via unapproved channels may be refused and returned. Players are responsible for any third-party transaction fees charged by their payment provider; 113bd does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may be subject to enhanced KYC verification.
• Approved deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods displayed in your account at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your 113bd wallet within seconds of payment confirmation. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact 113bd support with your transaction reference number.
• 113bd does not accept deposits from credit cards. Only debit-linked mobile wallet services and bank transfers from the account holder's own verified account are accepted.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business hours during normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. 113bd reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the completion of applicable wagering requirements. Funds deposited but not yet played through may be returned to the original payment method minus any applicable processing costs at 113bd's discretion.

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

By using the gaming and betting services on the 113bd Platform, you agree to comply with the following general rules. Specific game rules for individual titles (including live casino table rules, slot game mechanics, and sports betting market rules) are displayed within each game or market and form part of these Terms by incorporation:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player after confirmation except where expressly provided for in sport-specific or game-specific rules.
• Bets placed on credit (i.e., without sufficient wallet balance) are not accepted. All bets require available wallet funds at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 113bd will investigate the matter and reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player wallets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 113bd Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed and all balances forfeited without prior notice:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the 113bd Platform, whether in the same name or under different identities.
• Using any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live table games.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification, or failing to update personal information when it changes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.

113bd employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 113bd will take all steps necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform and its player community, including reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

113bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 113bd is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; (c) 113bd has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or prohibited conduct; or (d) the player has failed to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe. Where an account is suspended for investigation, 113bd will notify the player via their registered contact details within a reasonable period and will aim to complete any investigation within 14 calendar days.

A player may close their own account at any time by contacting 113bd support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining wallet balance (net of applicable bonus amounts subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Players who wish to close their account as a responsible gaming measure should contact support directly and request self-exclusion rather than standard account closure.

All content on the 113bd Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the property of 113bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of 113bd, except for your own personal, non-commercial use in the normal course of accessing the Platform as a registered player.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 113bd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if 113bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

113bd does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. The Platform may be subject to interruptions for scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances outside of 113bd's reasonable control. 113bd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods where possible.

113bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. 113bd uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect stored personal data. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or by the operational requirements of the Platform.
